The GTC Compact Touring Trike |

| Not everyone is the same size, and we have found that in particular small women are often very poorly catered for, even in the range of ordinary bikes that are generally available. And due the relatively small number of recumbents that are produced, it can be even harder to find a machine that fits a small person properly. Plus even if the frame is reduced in size, the standard size wheels are often much larger than they need to be, and can make the machine look all out of proportion. |

Therefore the GTC Compact Touring Trike has been specially designed for the smaller person, using 16" wheels all round instead of the regular 20" wheels. These wheels are the same wheels as used on the GTX Sports Trike. They both lighter and stronger than the 20" wheels, plus they allow the whole trike to be made smaller due to the fact that they take up less space than do the 20" wheels. Thus the GTC is narrower, shorter, and lighter than the GTO Touring Trike, making it easier to ride, easier to get through tight spaces, and easier to pack down into a smaller space. |
