The GTS Sports Touring Trike
The GTS is designed for light touring, fast commuting, and friendly competition on good roads. It is built with a higher level of cycle equipment than the GTR, with a lighter frame and wheels. The lower center of gravity of the Sports gives exceptional road holding, and the more laid back seat gives higher speeds, due to less air resistance. The GTS has 9cm of ground clearance vs. 12cm for the GTR, and is NOT intended for curb hopping, but will cope with most speed humps.
The recommended luggage limit for the Sports is 40lbs (20kg). This can be increased to 80lbs (40kg) with the heavy duty frame and integral rack. The heavy duty frame and optional 20 x 1.75 wheels also allow it to used on poor roads.
